Preparing time: ~ 15 min

1st, steam wuteva u like up to ur convenience to be added in the centre of the rice ball. Here i have eel (unagi) and slided chicken ham.

They are the view of the messy table,
.....almost all of the raw materials and tools i will need for the making of the rice ball.
-black sesame seeds, minced green seaweed, slided seaweed, eel (unagi), ham, mayonnaise, soya sauce, salts.

Oh yea, and the mould can be get from 100 Yen shop. Also other materials like black sesame seeds, minced green seaweed.

Put a few drops of soya sauce, salts, minced green seaweed, black sesame seeds, into the plastic bag.
Then, insert rice prepared which is still warm into the plastic bag and swing/shake it all over with the opening closed with hand tightly. This is to let the rice mix equally with the seasoning.
Then, press the rice hardly until it goes into a ball shape and put it into the mould.
After u press the mould, u dig a hole at the centre of the rice, so that you can let ur favourite things go in.

Here it is, after i wiped some mayonnaise and put the eel and ham.
Now, we need another small rice ball to cover the hole. Repeat the mixing process of seasoning with the rice, the press it hard again into a ball shape, then let it be pressed with the mould after it is placed on the eel.

When you remove it from the mould, just add a slide of seaweed and ta-tang....here is our breakfast for the busy day!

p/s: Oh yea i 4got to mention that i use ecoBrown rice replacing normal white rice, or even japanese rice. Nothing special, just becuz my mum only has this kind of rice in the house. =.=|||
